review	I don't want to give anything away, but I liked the beginning of the book. Once the court scene started I found it going too slow and I didn't care for that part of the book. The prison section of the book was also too slow and gruesome for my liking. I would say the last 150 pages got good. 	I never read any books by this author. She was recommended to me by a friend. A good recommendation to me for sure. It was a quick read touching, sweet, and a loving story with a surprise twist at the end! It takes place in the 50's in a small town where just about everyone knows everyone's business. review	I liked this 2nd book of the Grace Valley Trilogy. The book delves more into the lives of the inhabitants of Grace Valley. There were some challenges for most of the characters, but all in all everything worked out for the best with most of them. There were some new characters introduced into the story that weren't in the first book. I am glad I kept my list of characters and a little bit about them for this book. I still found myself referring back to the list to remember who was who. On to the third book in the trilogy
