| I never read any books by this author. She was recommended to me by a friend. A good recommendation to me for sure. It was a quick read touching, sweet, and a loving story with a surprise twist at the end! It takes place in the 50's in a small town where just about everyone knows everyone's business. Your reputation was very important then. It really made me wonder what my parent's lives were like before they met one another and married. It was just something we didn't question while growing up....more |
